Structured Finance deal of Rs 50 Crs for a mid size developer from an AIF/NBFC which included making part payments for a newly launched project at attractive rate. The land payment to the landowner were completed from upfront disbursement before the committed timelines.

CONSTRUCTION FINANCE_

Construction finance of Rs 20 Crs for a project from an NBFC which had plot + villa approval. Developer requirement for funding for development work and before the release of plots were met along with a commitment to fund phase 2 .

ASSET BASED FINANCE_

Facilitated Rs 18 Crs asset backed lending from the largest PSU Bank for general corporate purpose against a private club house. We advised them to leverage and monetize the club house asset which was lying as an asset for a considerable period. The developer requirement for the purpose and easy repayment structure were met at very ne pricing.

structured acquisition & project funding_

Structured funding of Rs 50 Crs for a villament project from a reputed HFC. The client required land acquisition to be done for phase 2 of the project which was structured based on the phase 1 which was approved. Construction finance for both phases were sanctioned for financial closure of entire project.

STRUCTURED FINANCE_

Structured Finance deal of Rs 50 Crs for COMM FINAN a boutique developer from Structur an AIF/NBFC which included funding unleased funding preapproval expenses & land payments for upcoming project. The developer requirement for disbursement before approvals and payment to landowners were delivered commercial.

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION FINANCE_

Structured Rs 30 Crs construction funding from a leading NBFC for unleased commercial office building for the developer’s first commercial project. Since it was first commercial project of the the developer & it was unleased, deal was structured with attaching a villa project cashflow to negate leasing risk.

PLOT INVENTORY & CONSTRUCTION FINANCE_

Structured Rs 30 Crs transaction for a reputed developer from a leading private bank against a project which was being acquired by the developer. Developer was taking majority stake in the company of the erstwhile developer. The project had two phases, phase I was a plotted + villa approval which was structured as inventory finance & construction finance was sanctioned for phase 2.
