Elevate Capital provides financing advisory and transaction advisory services. We help businesses, developers and institutions structure their capital requirements and connect with banks, NBFCs, funds, investors and other capital providers, and we support negotiation and execution of transactions.
Elevate Capital is an advisory and facilitation firm. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we do not lend money, accept deposits or make investments ourselves, and we do not act as a guarantor of any transaction.
Any decision to sanction a loan, invest, or enter into a transaction is taken solely by the relevant lender, investor or counterparty, in its own discretion and on its own terms.
